Check your connection

Check the connection between your computer and printer.

Check the Paper and Ink Levels

Check that the printer has a sufficient paper on the paper tray.
Check the ink levels. If the ink level is low-end, replace the ink cartridges.

Make sure that the Printer is Online

Select your printer device from the list.

Reinstall the Driver
